If I passed a background check shouldn't I pass the FBI background check?

I had an interview & right afterwards I've completed my background check & they said everything came back good .Now I've Had to do a Finger Print Background Check But When I Was 17 my mom had to pay my fine, will this show up?

No. The FBI background check is a lot more detailed. An FBI check includes investigating your family, and they actually go out and talk to your neighbors.

It depends on the level of Security your job requires, for our son,even the family school records were gone through, marriage partners families, etc. Yes he holds the job. I do not know what he does but he flies to DC every Monday and home every Fri. to his family. Pay is GOOD

The FBI check is only checking from the state comprehensives which may not have all convictions in it. Generally, juvenile records only show if they... 1. are required by statute 2. fall into a particular category like rape and or other types of assaults
