I want to know will Roku HD Streaming Player stream my instant Nextflix movie frpm wi-fi pc Fios to flatscreen tv?

I have verizion fios and wi-fi incld for laptop, which get instant Nextflix instant movies, I like to stream the movies over to my flatscreen tv to watch. willthis device do that and how were hook it up device over at tv between cable set top box and magvox vhs/dvdplayer recorders . is it easy to do, I'm disabled. whatelse get with this unit?
