What is the educational kids PC game from the 90's?

looking for a 90s arcade game. something like "... kids" I think?!? Its a fighting game like FF. Kid has skateboard.

I wanna say its something like MC Kids or Mac Kids but nothing came up familiar. It was a fighting game and at least two people could play. I am almost certain the first letter was M and it had 'kids' in it.
