ultimately what are you wanting to view on this digital picture frame? full motion video or just static pictures? Unfortunately I have not shopped around for a digital frame for a while, but the last I looked they did not support video playback. And this means that you would not be able to "stream" from your DVD player to your digital frame, as the player is trying to send a video signal that your frame will not support.
