How do you transfer your itunes library to a flash drive?

I transferred my itunes library to a flash drive but cannot transfer to my wives computer

I don't know why it won't transfer, i can open the file on my own computer from flash drive , but cannot open open it on her computer. one song has transferred to the itunes account, that we installed onto her laptop but that is all . I would appreciate any assistance, Thank You.
