What is a good quality video camera I can get for youtube videos?

I currently use my webcam which is absolutely rubbish, thus I want to invest in something better. I don't particularly want to be spending a huge amount but I want to get a camera that has very good quality, doesn't have to be HD but that be ideal. I would like a camera that has built in sound capturing ability too. I live in the UK if that helps. thanks
