Do you know of any such cartoon website showing words of what each cartoon characters are saying, and can change words

I see that I post something related to this few times, then to you (I remember) from before, I can't find anyone who will like the/any question like this, so I will just search for a site of/like this is what the idea was. I actually didn't finish fixing this question & couldn't think of a good way to type this, & not sure what it will cause if I post the question like this. I have no idea what the site would be that can do that such function, or that can do that such stuff.

I just watched that, and no nothing about that. A cartoon show or can be a cartoon show, but the one that we can change what it's saying to each other to make them say something else in the cartoon, then it will develop other different words or conversation to each characters that will make sense aound the changed words (I made) along with the words that's already in the cartoon all together which is a very hard process searching a conversation that make sense with made-up words and original words all together in a correct sequence. After I give out an example to 'ibstubro', then I will give you this example too and maybe it will show you exacly what it will be that what I'm talking about here.
