Must be a 4yr university. Was a B/B- avereage in highschool. Studying to take my SATs, more than likely taking it twice will be applying this summer/fall- Do I need ACTS scores as well?? The GCEs: is it a test? How do I require an application? Do I need this? What would be my checklist (chronologically speaking) most important 1st.??

Answer:
I'd ask these questions to the school and the country you want to go to. Each school/country may require different things. All institutions in Britain require the same application, known as the Universities and College Admissions Service application, if you are considering the UK. It can be either ACT or SAT scores used. Don't know about the GCEs. Narrow your quest down a bit, at least to a particular country, and more info might be available here.

Ive researched and are interested in, schools in Europe. Including England, Ireland, Paris...Majoring in History Ancient/Archaeology General requirement besides Univ. & College Admissions test?

Just like when you apply to a college in the US, they each can require different things. Contact a few of the specific universities you want to know about. Ask for their requirements for international students. You're not considering Greece or Italy?

Ive never thought of it. Sounds intriguing, and as I look it up it seems like there are universities that specialize and or carry the courses Im interested in. Why Greece or Italy?
VannahK
Greece and Italy ARE ancient history, aren't they? They are the first places that come to mind when I think of that topic. Western Europe is OLD, but Greece and Italy are REALLY old! Then there is Egypt, of course, but I would not feel safe there anymore. I used to dream of going there for archeology! But, just like school admission policies, it's all YOUR preference, as you will be the one studying the subject! The UK will be the easiest, in a way, due to the language familiarity.

Thank you!

Thanks to your advice and thoughts towards Greece or Italy I am seriously considering those locations. Perfect for ancient history! Only hurdle now would be to learn the native languages. Thanks again Poppet!
