What bait do you use when fishing for bass?

  Each of these use different bait. Bass like worms, as do perch.I fish for perch with a rig called a spreader, shaped like a U with a hook on each end - in Sept you can catch jumbo perch two at a time. Walleye like a lure called an Erie Dearie (I prefer the green and white ones) also baited with worms. Don't know about salmon. Trout like fly fishing lures like look like bugs that rest on the top of the water.
