On Arrested Development: how did Maybe get her name?

my car was seized by the police and i got arrested what are the posibilitys to get it back cause still on my name

    Are you saying the car was seized *three years ago*??? I expect it was auctioned off long ago. You can contact the police department, or the impound lot, to find out if you have any recourse at all at this late date.

Under normal conditions, it can't be auctioned until you sign it over to the PD or County. Here's the rub - You can get it back IF you pay the storage fee. If it's been that long, the storage fee is probably more than the car is worth, at this point. Once you sign it over - The storage fee will be excused. You'll be permitted to remove any of your belongings from it --- It will then be auctioned off.
