Why is amazon a sparse place?

No password.Can't place order, Amazon thinks I have password. Do i really want to order if they don't respond ?

  • Tried placing my order yesterday. Amazon thinks I already have password, Idon't recall it, followed steps to get new password, no response from Amazon after 24 hours. Makes me wonder if i really want to place my order, if they don't even respond when i am trying to order. What if i have problem later is Amazon going to respond then?e

    If you are trying to order from Amazon, you must have an account, which will be your e-mail address and you must have created a password. If you request a new password it will go to your e-mail address on file for the account within 5 minutes.

Amazon has great customer service. I have used them for over 10 years and probably spent in excess of $50,000. I have never had an issue.
