How to correctly update an image in a QLabel?

I can't update my Profile Image?

  • It won't let me change my AskVille Profile Image. I click the button to change it, and it pops up a blank white window. Any advice? Thanks in advance!! :) PS- Logging out then back in again does not work, neither does opening another window/tab.

    This askville will be closing in a week or two and a new site has opened up at http://askville.com right now you can not change anything. A hold has been put on everything and the forums have been shut down. you can comer over to the other site. look at the latest askville Blog. just click on Blog on the bottom of the screen.

I just saw you over there. You sure didn't waste any time. I can't tell you how many regulars here who have been here for six or more years had a difficult time figuring out how to log into the new site. You did it one, two, three and in. pretty good.

quite a few people tried to log on the new site from their work and were not able to. I guess that is quite common.

He/She said that its blocked on their computer, and they're at work. But they'll try again when they're home. :o lol
