How do I get my computer and iTunes to work again?

How do you authorize a new computer with a previous apple ID? I have no idea how to make my iTunes work on my new Mac? It keeps saying manage your apple ID and when I click on it, it has nothing to do with authorizing my computer and now I apparently change my apple ID password and I can't get into
