I'm sorry but from what I'm seeing you can do anything from your Xbox. If you remember the email you signed up with though you can use that to recover your username and password. You could also contact http://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us and give them the information you have (your Xbox account you signed up with, name, etc) and see if they can help.
