What are the ways to add "follow me" and "Join this site" options in a blog?

Can anyone pls help me with how to add the "follow me" section where the users can connect to other pages like FB, Twitter, G+, pinterest, RSS, LInkedin pages and they can follow them..And also "Join this site" icon where he can follow all the updates from the blog

Answer:
If it is in Blogger, you should have the html code . You can Google it to get the code. If you're on WordPress, you just need to install plugins. You should have the App ID's to do that. Its better you Google it. You can definitely find better solution there.. Cheers..!
