If Subway , Pizza Hut, Dominos, McDonald's etc. were to be 'Indian' food chains, what difference it could have made in terms of prices of similar food items ?

Answer:
The prices of this products would be similar or even higher to those of the current food chains, although the supply chain expenses would have been decreased by a lot of margin. But mass producing would not be prevalent in Indian culture like international food chains & also advertising costs would be more for Indian food chains.
