I am in process of starting my small ecommerce website for both Singapore and India Market, as such would need payment gateway providers which can process payment in INR & SGD (as the website is same for both the country) and if possible + Paypal? Any advice is highly appreciated.

For Singapore payment gateway. I would advise you to go with Paypal only if you have no technical expertise in your team to do basic integration. If not, then there are a bunch of decent payment gateways in SG. - AsiaPay/CitrusPay/WorldPay/DBS/WireCard AG/2C2P I think the biggest hurdle you will face is to open a merchant account with a local Singapore bank ( to receive the funds). If you use Paypal , then you can skip that part. (You would still need a local bank a/c in singapore though)
