Which social commenting platform best integrates with Facebook and Twitter?

There are lot of this or that discussions for commenting platforms (see: ) but none ever answer one fundamental question. They get into moderation, privacy, customization of display, etc. I only want one thing: completely seamless integration with Facebook and Twitter so that comments on affiliated posts appear on all the other platforms. Are my dreams to big? I want a platform like or to seamlessly integrate tweets and Facebook comments as part of the same thread. Is this not possible? Use case: My blog post has been posted to my Facebook Page. Any comments to the post on the Page also appear on the blog comment thread. Comments to the blog comment thread by Facebook logged in users are also posted to the Facebook Page thread. Tweet replies appear in line on the comment thread.

That could certainty be done, but it would not be easy due to the different systems. Your idea is a perfect example of why I provided an answer () to another question the way I did. Imagine if all of the major social networks used the same data format and stream? It would make creating seamless services like your commenting platform much simpler.
