What is the daily routine for computer software engineers?

What are the official HR salary ranges for Computer Scientists (Software Engineers) at Adobe?

I know I can look on GlassDoor, but that data is unreliable. I don't care if I see data that's a couple years old. I'm interested in seeing ranges for: Member Technical staff Computer Scientist Computer Scientist 2 Senior Computer Scientist Senior Computer Scientist 2 I'm mainly interested in the ranges for CS1 and CS2. This info used to be more readily available, now it either isn't, or is a result of Inside Adobe's poor search ability . Also is there an even or bell curve distribution over these ranges?

I will talk only about fixed part , please add up a little shipping bonus , discretionary bonus , some stocks if you are in top 25% performers. MTS - ~9 fixed(fresher) - 10.5 fixed ( you become MTS 2 in 1.5 years in Adobe , everyone does , not even a single one does not) MTS 2:- 10.5 - 13 CS-1 - 15 - 22 CS-2 - 19.5 ~ unknown senior CS - 26 - unknown
