My idea group size of max 3 including yourself. more than that and there wont be any study ;) All should be average guys like me.If you are talented you dont need a group All should be open to discuss,respect others thoughts and learn together and not the kind of "teach me once you learn it" types My Plan prepare whole week by yourself. Agree to study common topic/subject. Meet your group in weekends for 6-8 hrs session. Solve problems, discuss doubts and share your individual materials and concepts. Decide for next week target and monitor progress of group. PS- I'm still looking for such a group :(
