How do I get any comments posted on my blog's Facebook page to sync back to the articles and/or vice-versa?
-
I'm editor of mutli-author blog and I suspect this would help with engagement. We're currently using Disqus which, whilst good, I don't think anyone on the editorial team is overly attached to. We post links to the content on our facebook fan page, and I was wondering whether there was a way to integrate the comments on each more closely, as they're largely unrelated right now. We do ok for traffic, but folk 'engage' better on facebook.

Answer:
The Social plugin by MailChimp was designed for this. It can post to facebook & twitter and also pull in the responses from those social networks and import them as comments into your blog. http://mailchimp.com/social-plugin-for-wordpress/
