Is there any legal way of running Facebook Ads while already having one advertising account?

I have a following problem. Im already running Facebook Ads for 3 years but I have a new problem 1. My Advertising Account is in $ and I need one in € 2. It's not possible to change the currency (I asked the customer support few times but never get any answer) 3. So I deleted my Advertising Account few days ago (to have the possibility of creating a new one, in €), but the status is still "pending closure". So - I cannot create a new one, and I cannot really use the old one. 4. I created one just for advertising but Facebook disabled it along with my private account, my company page, my colleagues accounts, my clients advertising accounts etc). 5. SO I don't have any legal way to spend my clients money on Facebook Does anybody have a solution?

Improve your ads. Do not run ads that are against Facebook policies and guidelines.
