I would recommend you to analyze the website and its keyword ecosystem as below: 1) Scan the website keywords architecture at http://www.semrush.com/ 2) List the website top keywords 3) Run these top keywords in https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner# and identify the bids (average cost-per-click), as some keywords tend to have very high CPC (i.e. insurance, loans, mortgage...) while other don't.
