How do I decide whether to go for a Job or Higher Studies- in Engineering Physics?

I am in 3rd year in IIT doing B.Tech in Engineering Physics. I am very much worried about my future, what should I do? Job or Higher Studies? I am not able to decide!

Quora is a good place to ask. My preferences: Do a Masters / Ph.D. Start a company in the third year / hostel room. Work in Indian company. While working, start another company. Your company should be small. Max 5 engineers. Best. One man show. Rock the world with whatever great skills you have.
