How do I find customers?

I am starting to develop an advertising startup. How can I find customers for my startup for free?

  • My advertising startup is guaranteed to find the right customer for the ads, for which businesses pay one cent per view. Which tools can I use to find customers for my service? Please note: My startup does not work by posting it's ads on different webpages, like Google AdWords - it works quite differently, to a point where it would not be possible for me to advertise my own startup using my startup's resources.

    If you are so good at driving traffic using $0.01 per view, why don't you use your own method and you become your first customer? You can use your own method to find the right customer using ads.  If what you claimed is true, you already know several tools already, right?
