Why is my new static page URL the same as my blog URL? (Blogger)

• I was fixing an old blog of mine and added new pages to add embed forum and a game. I know that every time I added a new page in my other blog, for example, I added "Arts". The new page URL will automatically be set as"http://examplehttp://.blogspot.com/p/arts.html". But I've tried deleting and adding pages on this old blog several times but the new page URLs always end up becoming the URL of that blog it self. So basically, I can't go to that page when it's published. Clicking the page tabs is equal as reloading the BLOG Homepage. Can I somehow fix this by finding a way to change the URLs of the static pages manually by CSS or something like that? P.S. I found an article on how to change the URL manually  by using the Old Blog Interface found in the settings button but unfortunately I don't have that option anymore in this latest Blogger.

  Your question doesn't make much sense. Are you saying you wasn't to change the URL of an existing page? If so, you can't. To get a new page URL you'll need to create a new page. You can customize the URL but only until you publish.
