What to do to Receive a particular e-mail to anther e-mail address?

How can I obfuscate the 'from' email address to be able to receive emails from recipients anonymously?

  • I want to try gathering anonymous feedback from my employees at my startup via email (i.e. enable the employees to send an email to an email address anonymously, not have to use a contact form), but I'm wondering how to best make it truly anonymous. My initial idea was to have forward to a Zapier email address and then have Zapier send the email via Sendgrid with an anonymized "from" address; but it would be fairly easy to see who the email was sent from by looking at the Zapier logs. Does anyone have any better suggestions?

If you can't stand the heat of honest feedback, please reconsider working there. 'Honest' feedback is by definition not anonymous. If employees can't stand the heat of giving honest feedback, they'd better reconsider working at your startup. Well, at least, that's my opinion (not anonymously, it's me, here I am :-) ). We do feedback via http://MyKatch.com for p2p and http://WeBuildStrategy.com for frequent swot analysis and strategic questions (about to be launched, website still sucks).

Write an email with an anonymous email adress? People will need a Temporary Email box that allows to send emails, https://www.guerrillamail.comis the man for the job.https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.guerrillamail.app The alternative is hosting a web-form with a comment section, public https://www.google.com/forms/about/are great for such a purpose. You cpuld design/write the form and send the link via email or post it in social network. You can make a short url from it with https://goo.gl/ and even write it on a wall.

Several startups I've worked with (and for) use Google Forms which can restrict answers from a particular domain, and also give you the ability to anonymous the answers. It generates a few different ways to see/read the feedback.

You could use Survey Monkey to gather the information. It will allow the responses to be anonymous if that is desired.
