What's the best IDE + Interpreter for Python on Windows?

I am new to Programming in Python, being engaged with C++. I am learning to program online, so the interpreter is available online. I have downloaded a python Interpretor from http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.7.5/. But, it does not have an editor, just as we have a Turbo C++ having editor + interpretor. Please suggest a good software having both Editor and Interpretor
