Hospital-wise, the only use I'm aware of for fMRI is for mapping the motor cortex and language areas for pre-epilepsy surgery, but this is not very common yet. The manufacturers of MRI scanners (Siemens, GE, Philips etc) do research (usually in collaboration with universities though), but I'm not sure if they do much with fMRI. To be fair, for fMRI, I don't think there's many opportunities outside of academia. Also, fMRI data analysis is quite easy, so I don't think there would be much demand for that skill alone.
