What are good ways to get a job as a Software Developer?

  • I done B.Tech graduation(Computer Science) in 2012. After passing my graduation i was offered from a company but, i decided to take Gate coaching to improve my skills and get into IIT's. I acquired skills from my coaching and got 97.50% in Gate 2013. But, i  didn't get seat in IIT's. So, i decide to join in a Software Company.One year passed away, So, no one is recruiting 2012 http://passouts.So, how can i get job interviews? How can i use my Skills? Please give me some suggestions.

    Good question!  Every B.Tech passed out need not end up in either IIT or an IT job. There are hundreds of career opportunities in India. First thing you have to do is to decide what exactly interests you. Just sit down peacefully. Take a pen and a paper. List down all those things that come in your mind that you really enjoy doing. Rate those things. I am sure, for some of those things you would have already gained enough experience. Pick one such thing from your list. Make that thing as your career. Try all the ways that you can improve your skills to keep your interest going on while it earns money for you. You are still a kid and you have lot of time in your hands to achieve your aspirations. Don't lose hope. All the best.

Just dig the web deeply . Software  companies are not like Government companies , where they  mention some constrains like age bar , specific year passed out candidates. Software requirement is  entirely different , In my sense  IT industries are seeking for people with passion , but not for people with early passed outs , OR people with certificates .... Let me tell you very clearly , on what you have to do. As you said ,that you wanted to get a Software engineer job.This job purely involves with some specific things ,like CODE (Do you Love Coding ? If yes lots of companies are waiting for you ,Hurry up!!!!)
