I'm about to graduate from college. never had job experience before. i know it's late to regret but what can i do now to get a job later?

They are plenty of internships for recent college graduates. You don't need a lot of experience or any at all. If you have a network, ask people in the field you are in if they can help you find an internship where you can gain experience. Most of them though are not paid but you will build a reputation and even more connections.
