Where do I get proper subtitles for Arrested development?

I am currently watching Season 1 I tired all the subtitle's website including addic7ed, subtitleseeker,opensubtitles, subscene, etc. But all the subtitles I found were out of sync. Arrested development contains many subtle jokes, which get missed if subtitles are not used. Does anybody have any idea about proper subtitles?

The subtitles on Netflix are accurate and in-sync. The DVDs would also be a good choice.
