i really depends on what u do ur Bsc in and where u do it from , national institutes like IISc , IISERs , NISER, have the most valued certification, closely followed by the central universities, personally a BSc in Life Sciences should give you a more well rounded overview of biology which helps if you are particularly sure of which field you may want to specialize in
