1200 could buy a very nice one in Beijing. If you know Chinese, you can buy it on http://Taobao.com. If you don't know Chinese or you want to feel it before purchasing, you can go to Yaxiu market which located at the side of Sanlitun village. They will give you a very high list price, say 2000RMB. You can bargain it to 400RMB.
