How would you implement PR and create a marketing strategy plan for social startup like mine (gochat.in)?

  It is best to find someone like myself (lol) a digital strategist. Most good digital strategists should have dealt with PR, start ups, and heavy social in the past.  It is important to find someone that understands all sides of your business and internet marketing. You need an internet marketing plan/ strategy and someone to execute it. You get what you pay for in terms of digital help. If you skimp here you will almost always regret it... On that note, if you are computer savvy you should be able to piece together enough internet marketing to make it further down the road to speak. That is usually a pretty good place to start assuming all your other parts are in order. A great idea for a company like yours is explainer videos. You can place a large one front and center, so that people understand your company within seconds. Then you can have your actual product right below the video for people to use, once they "get it".
