How do I get rid of the rolls of fat I have on my stomach and legs I am 16 5'2 and am 113 lbs I work out every day running and lifting weights and only eat 800 calories nothing works?

Therefore we can assume that your "rolls of fat" are not there because of environmental factors, one of the two factors effecting fat percentage (the other being genetic). Perhaps the answer to your question is: you don't. Genetically people store fat in different places and genetically people can't go below a certain fat percentage. The goal of excercise should be long term health.
