Project, workflow, and customer management tools for web design and service firm? I want to manage (many) small web projects through design, approval and launch steps, then have billing attached. No billing integration that I know of, but Trello is great. Clean, simple, useful. Our small, global team (software startup) uses it to pretty good effect.

I like http://www.teamworkpm.net/features and use it for exactly this. I prefer it to http://basecamphq.com/. TWPM does basic invoicing and integrates with http://www.getharvest.com/?r=387fcf and http://www.freshbooks.com/. Basecamp integrates with about a http://basecamphq.com/extras things for billing.
