Idealy im looking for big screens, cinemas, rugby clubs, awesome pubs, btw im an england supporter .. (not that it really matters for rugby supporters)

    I don't know anywhere specifically, but I'm pretty sure you'll have a harder time finding somewhere that's not showing the RWC final.

waxy o'connors near leicester square always has a great atmosphere for rugby - I go there often - but it will be full to absolute breaking point. other favourite rugby pubs of mine (with the same Caveat) include the Famous 3 Kings in Kensington, and Molly Malones in Richmond. One other thing - some Odeon cinemas are showing the game! don't know what that would be like, but it's an option.

It's being shown free at the Millennium Dome (called the O2 Dome now) with free beer for the first 2003 people there!!

I suppose you could come here to Twickenham to watch it, there are loads of reasonably good pubs, but you must solemnly promise to find a toilet if you want to piss.

I just text 02 for a free ticket to the event.. sadly it seems even tho they didn't tell anyone about it.. and the millennium dome can fit like a billion people in it.. the event is...SOLDOUT :( that blows .. any more ideas?

I'd agree with ascullion - we watched the France-NZ quarter final in Waxy's and it was a great atmosphere. One option is to go to watch some real rugby on the day and stay on - http://www.quins.co.uk/ are playing at home (in Twickenham at http://www.rugbynetwork.net/main/s98/st41317.htm) against London Irish at 3 and will be showing the match in various bars at their ground (I'd recommend the bar under the East Stand). They've two players starting for England in the game so it's a guaranteed great atmosphere.
