Where can I find an interactive anatomy review?

Help me find an Bill Buckley ad for National Review where he is on a sailboat

  • I'm looking for a TV advertisement William F. Buckley, Jr. did in the late 80s or early 90s for his magazine, National Review, while sailing his boat. In the late 80s or early 90s Bill Buckley did a distinctive advertisement for National Review. The ad features Buckley sailing on what I remember to be a smallish sailboat, but might have been a yacht. He speaks about National Review, extolling its virtues in his memorable manner of speaking, while piloting the boat. At the end of the ad, he turns to the camera and says words to the effect of: "If you don't like it, you can always write me a nasty letter." He then smiles a devil-may-care smile. I have tried Googling to no avail, searched YouTube, and asked others if they remember this ad. Now I wish I'd recorded it. Does anyone remember it? Any idea where to find it?

His boat was named Patito (I've sailed on it many times through a set of weird circumstances, although I never met him). That might help you find the ad.

I've seen printed references to the ad, and as footage is my life, if I really wanted it, I'd call the National Review office and see if they had the masters.

The "call the NR" option is definitely what I'll do if this thread dies out. If I can get the footage, I'll post it here.
