Do you know of a software similar to coffeecup shopping cart?

What is the best way to set up a shopping cart for downloaded software products from my site? I'm doing most of the server side coding, but I feel like doing a shopping cart myself would be a waste of time. I'm most likely going to be working in asp.net, so I would like one that would integrate well with it. I would eventually also like to add user registration for the site--don't know if that's a totally separate deal though. I've done all the HTML, javascript, etc. so I don't want a whole package that does everything for me, just the shopping cart side of things. Not to mention licenses for the software I would be selling--does anyone know how to manage that?
