How to make an image have a different color?

I am looking for a little graphic that you print out with an image to make sure that the image is color corrected.

I am looking for a little graphic that you print out with an image to make sure that the image is color corrected. This particular one has the face of a baby on it. Sorry I can't be more specific! This is all that I can remember. There might be others that work better, but I need this specific one! If anyone knows where I might be able to find it I would be incredibly grateful!
