How to plan a bridal shower?

Help me plan a Chinese-Indian bridal shower

  • East Meets East: Help me plan a Chinese-Indian bridal shower! I'm putting together a bridal shower in May for some terrific friends. The bride's Hong Kong Chinese and the groom is Hyperabad Indian (but both grew up in NY/NJ). I'd like to come up a list of matching items from both cultures (e.g., dumplings & somosas, fried rice & biryani). Decor suggestions would be great too!
