What is the Facebook logo font?

I can't find the font I used for my logo anywhere!

  • Fontographers: Help me identify this font. I did the typical n00b thing and lost the PSD of my logo and now I can't for the life of me find or remember the font I used to create it. My site is at www.bloggingmuses.com and the logo is in the upper left. Any ideas what font it was? I have looked on every font site imaginable trying to find it. Thanks!

While the whois indicates that you probably do own a site called bloggingmuses.com, I can't get it to load. Is it down right now?

If it's the same font shown in the http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewAlbums&friendID=96101775 on donmak's blog's MySpace page, it looks like an Emigre font, though my font ID skills are woefully shabby these days. I'm sure someone else will know.

It should be up. I did do a DNS transfer last night ... if not you can also try the logo is located at www.ilivemusic.com. Sorry bout that. dm

Looks like a knockoff of http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/industria/. I had no luck finding it on dafont.com.

Your site's not loading for me, but this site may be helpful. Upload a cleaned up version of the logo to http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/, and it will try to identify the font.

Didn't notice your other comment until after I posted. I ran the logo through What the Font and the closest one was http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/churchward/churchward-heading/medium/. The file I used is http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/4831/bloggingmusessc2.jpg if you want to run it through yourself.

I went through the steps in Identifont, and their results look pretty close.
