Where To Buy Pinball Machines?

Finding establishments with pinball machines near Seattle.

  • Cool old pinball machines are tough to find, especially outside of the city according to Google. I'm staying with my sister and her husband on the Kitsap Penninsula in washington. We have to drive accross the Agate bridge and have to take a ferry from Bainbridge to get to Seattle, so we're looking for some pinball machines a little more close to home. Does anyone have any secret spots near or around Kitsap?

the rec.games.pinball newsgroup reccomends Shorty's. http://www.shortydog.com/. Looks like they've got about 20 machines set up for play. Ahhh, and additional limitation: I don't turn 21 for 10 days, so I might be able to sneak in, unofficially, but we're really hoping for something all-ages.

Shorty's is a fantastic place, but definitely doesn't satisfy your "don't drive into Seattle" requirement. I haven't been in years, but I think you could sweet talk your way in despite being barely under 21. There are a few machines at the all-ages Gameworks several blocks away, but the selection is not nearly as nice.
