What kind of social work job can you get with an Associates in Arts Degree in Social Work?

    The minimum educational requirement for a social worker is a bachelor's degree in social work (BSW). However, for many positions a master's degree is required. For this reason, I have never heard of an associate degree offered in social work, unless it is a transfer program to a four year college or university.
