  • Answer:

I'd recommend the German universities to anyone for real quality education. The majority are tuition-free, so that's a good thing. http://daad.de is a great site for scholarship information. http://www.mawista.com/en/study-in-germany/ - more information on German education and tips All the best!

Where are you from? Are you from a non EU country, especially one in the Third World? Then ask yourself. Do you want to study in Germany because you hope that you ll find a job after your studies and immigrate to the West, which, for all its faults, is much better than your hellhole of a Third World Country? Then avoid Germany like the plague. The universities want your money but not you. Do you want a German degree so that you can go back to your own country and transfer technology? Then you are welcome. There is even a German organisation  that will give you money if you ll go home after your studies. So before deciding to do your Masters think of what you want eventually. That s the first step. The most important step.

If you want to d0 your Master in ComSci in Germany, why not try Freie Universität Berlin, it is a leading research institution and one of the German universities successful in all three funding lines in the federal and state Excellence Initiative. Their admission to Bachelor’s degree in computer science is limited. And also, students do not pay any tuition fees, the university only charges semester fees and contributions each semester.
