Cool ideas for a video?

Am watching a video or a movie on my computer the sound seems fine but the video or picture is moving in slow motion any ideas how to fix this?

The video and audio are not synced together, and the video lags behind the audio. This problem did not occur with Flash player 11.1, where higher quality video would have a lower frame rate but the video and audio would be synced. I noticed that with Flash Player 11.2, as I mentioned, the slow motion effect doesn't drop any frames, and thus videos that used to be choppy with 11.1 now are smooth in 11.2, besides the regular frame jumping. If the slow motion and jumping effects can be solved this may be a break through in getting older computers to play higher quality video smoothly.

  It depends on the Movie Application you are using, i suggest you download and use VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html, also if you still want to use your favorite movie player, just install codecs http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm.
