How can you get a date in Bangalore? What places are conducive to finding dates in Bangalore?

  • I've lived for 11 years in the US and have recently come back to Bangalore and am looking to find a date in Bangalore. I was born in India and brought up here too for the most part. 10 years ago no one really "dated" in bangalore at least not so openly. Nowadays I see its very much allowed and very open. Can someone tell me the rules of dating in Bangalore? Is it okay to directly approach someone? What are the "no no"s? (I know this sounds slightly idiotic :)

Well, the best thing you can do is just hang out with some of your friends here, meet their friends (meet, greet, eat) and build your network like that. College or workplace should be fine too. It is kind of okay to directly approach someone may be at a bar or the mall, but most of the time the girls are with a group of friends and are giggling about some scene in a movie they just saw or something like that.
