Constantly. It's one of the funniest recurring jokes on the show. For example, a recent episode featuring multiple performances by (a band well known for their aversion to corporate sponsorship) featured an interview with the band where sat in an over the top "Dr. Pepper Flavor Zone" chair. Product placement on toes the line between being both a parody of what it represents and exactly what it is, just like the character of and the show itself.

Colbert did some shows in Philadelphia in 2008, titling them "The Colbert Report: Doritos Spicy Sweet Pennsylvania Primary Coverage from Chili-Delphia -- The City of Brotherly Crunch".  During the show, bags of Spicy Sweet Doritos fell from the ceiling and Colbert ate some. This post from a Colbert fan blog indicates that this was really just a joke and not sponsored by Doritos: http://www.nofactzone.net/2008/03/20/product-integration-stephen-colbert-and-doritos-redux/ That's one data point, at least.  Would be good to get some of the writers of this blog in on this question.

Colbert was for a while "promoting" Bud Light with Lime on the air, but it was unclear if it was a joke or not.
