What are the ways to keep only "follow" button on my Google+ page instead of "Add to circles" button?

  • I have an google plus page for my website. But it has "Add to circles" button and i would like to have "Follow" button for my google plus page. How can this be achieved. I want to do this as I feel "Follow" button is more appropriate on a page for a user to keep him updated with latest posts. Is there any way to achive this via settings ?

    I don't know if that's the right way to do what you want.  People who use Google+ know what "Circles" are.  People who use Twitter know what "follow" means.  People who use Facebook know what "Like" means. If you change the word, it might turn off more people than you'd gain. I don't really have a solution other than using Google's badge system and changing the code.  Keep in mind that the "circles" are how people actually see your updates, so I would think that if they "followed" you and didn't put you in a circle you'd be forcing them to put you in a circle.  https://developers.google.com/+/plugins/badge/personal-config
